Internship Offer Letter

Your offer: the role, the level, your dates and hours, and the policies you accept. On Pro and Elite it names your mentor or Team Lead. The offer waits for your university permission letter if your university requires one.

On Core it states your planned end date and your finish-by date, and that the level has no staff supervisor.

Joining Letter

Confirms the day you joined. On Pro it names your mentor and group, on Elite your squad, Team Lead and reporting time. Universities can file it as the joining record.

On Core it confirms your start date and says that work on any day counts.

Learning Agreement

The learning agreement: objectives, the plan week by week, the projects and how you will be evaluated. Agreed by you, your mentor or Team Lead and your faculty mentor, with Wartens.

On Core it is agreed by you and your faculty mentor (if added) with Wartens, states that the level has no staff supervisor, and sets out the assessment and completion rules.

Internship Logbook (Daily Diary)

Your daily diary: what you did, the hours you claimed, the hours accepted and links to your evidence, in a form your university can file.

On Core (and day to day on Pro) each entry is checked by the AI review against the work you logged. On Elite your Team Lead approves each entry.

Attendance Report / Activity Report

On Elite, the Attendance Report: every working day with its status, check-in and check-out times, active hours, leave and your attendance percentage. Statuses come from evidence, not from a page left open.

On Core and Pro there is no shift, so it is an Activity Report: the days you did verified work and the hours the portal measured. A day with no work is "no activity", never an absence.

Performance Report

A report with your verified hours, marks and project results, in a form your university can file with its internship record.

On Core it is compiled from the portal's records and carries no supervisor's marks, because no staff supervisor assessed the work.

One for each industrial project you pass, naming the project, its scope and the deliverables you handed over. Easy to share on LinkedIn.

Internship Completion Certificate

The internship certificate: your level, dates, verified hours, your grade and your projects. It states your hours and does not state credit: your university decides what credit, if any, they earn.

On Core it says the work was assessed by Wartens' automated tests and AI review, and carries no supervisor's signature unless you added Engineer verification.

Industrial Training Certificate

A plan with fewer than 60 verified hours (a one-week plan, say) is industrial training, not an internship. It earns this certificate, not internship documents, so nothing claims more than happened.
