Complaints and grievances under the Consumer Protection (E-Commerce) Rules 2020 and the Digital Personal Data Protection Act 2023 go to our Grievance Officer at Wartens Automation Private Limited, NVR Complex, Electronic City, Bangalore 560100, email info@wartens.com (subject "Grievance"). We acknowledge within 48 hours and resolve within one month. If you are not satisfied you may approach the consumer commission or, for data, the Data Protection Board of India.

If we cannot resolve your complaint, you can take it to the courts of the country you live in, or, for data protection, to your data protection authority (in the UK, the Information Commissioner's Office). We will tell you in our final reply whether an alternative dispute resolution scheme applies.
