Start with the course for your own profession if there is one: it uses that job's documents, rules and examples, so what you practise is what you will do on Monday.
If your job is not listed, or you want the basics first, take AI Essentials for Work. Office teams on Microsoft 365 should add Microsoft 365 Copilot and Agents; finance teams, Excel with Copilot and AI for Finance.
Every course treats AI as a drafting and checking aid. You learn to verify its output, keep client, patient and employee data out of public tools, and leave the decision with a person.
