What are mock exams?

The short answer

Mock exams are timed practice papers for one course: up to 40 questions in 60 minutes, marked at once with every answer explained. Access lasts 30 days from payment and does not renew.

Mock exams

  • 40

    Questions at most per paper

  • 60 minutes

    On the clock

  • 30 days

    Unlimited papers

Mock exams are optional practice for the final. They are a paid extra: the courses and the final itself stay free.

What you get for one course:

  • Papers of up to 40 questions, timed at 60 minutes, each a fresh draw in a new order
  • Unlimited papers for 30 days from payment
  • A score for each module, so you know where to revise
  • Every answer explained when you review

They are drawn from a different part of the question bank from the final, so practising never shows you the final's questions. There is no certificate for mock exams, and the pass line shown beside your score is the final's own, 60%.

To get them, open Mock exams in your portal and choose Get mock exams beside your course. The price is shown on the page before you pay. You can read more, and try a sample question, on the Mock exams page.

It is one payment per course and it does not renew by itself.
