How do I get my internship letters and reports?

The short answer

Premium internships include a joining letter, an evaluation report, a project report and, on merit, a letter of appreciation. They appear under Documents when each is issued. Free has the certificate of completion.

When documents arrive

  1. When you start

    Joining letter

  2. On your end date

    Graded certificate and reports

  3. On merit, 80% or more

    Letter of appreciation

Letters and reports come with the Premium edition. A Free internship has the free certificate of completion instead.

When each one is issued

  • Joining letter: when your internship starts.
  • Graded Internship Certificate, evaluation report and project report: on your end date, once you have completed the course.
  • Letter of appreciation: on merit, when you score 80% or more.

Each document has a number and a QR code, so a college or employer can check it.

Where to find them

Open Internship, then Documents. A document that is not ready yet shows why and when it will be issued. Open one to download it, and use the copy buttons there to add the internship to LinkedIn.

Hard copies

A stamped or framed printed copy is an optional extra, and it can be posted only to addresses in India.

Not employment

A joining letter or evaluation is a record of training. It is not an offer of employment and not an experience letter from an employer.
