Yes. Your progress saves to your account every 30 seconds and whenever a module completes, so it follows you to any device where you sign in.

One small thing stays on each device: the ticks next to individual lessons inside a module. Module completion itself is always saved to your account.
If progress seems missing, check you are signed in with the same email you used before.
