Job alerts email you jobs that match your skills. They are off until you switch them on.
- Open the student menu and choose Career, then Jobs.
- Open the Job alerts tab.
- Tick the box. It reads: Email me jobs that match my skills. I can stop these emails at any time.
- Choose How often: once a week (the default) or every day.
- Choose the countries you want, then save.
The page confirms with Saved. Job alerts are on.
Stop the emails
Come back to the same tab, untick the box and save. It confirms that job alerts are off.
Good to know
- Alerts are a service email, not marketing, and they are never needed for your courses or certificates.
- Matches come from your skills. A fuller skill passport gives better matches.
- A match is not a promise of a job, and we do not check every employer.
