The short answer
A job simulation is a realistic training project at a simulated company, day by day, with real-style documents. Days 1 to 5 are free. The certificate and the longer Premium edition are optional.

You work through a job, such as PLC programmer or data analyst, as a series of tickets with documents, emails and situations. Every task is checked as you hand it in.
It is training, not employment. The company is fictional and always marked "simulated company". It is not an internship or a work placement, and it does not promise a job.
What is free
Days 1 to 5: every ticket, the documents, the 3D lab, checking and model answers. It is self-paced. A day opens when you hand in the previous day's tickets, and the free edition does not expire.
Optional
- Certificate: a graded, verifiable Job Simulation Certificate with a score band, a verification page and a QR code.
- Premium: days 1 to 20, with change requests, site work and faults, a handover, a capstone reviewed by an engineer and an AI viva. The certificate is included.
Prices are shown on each role's page before you pay.
Start
- Open Job simulations and pick a role.
- Press Start free.
- Keep going from Job simulations in your student menu.
On auto-checked tasks you get 3 hand-ins, then the model answer is shown and your best score stands.

- How do I get a job simulation certificate, and can I get a refund?Finish the work, score 60 or more and you can buy the optional certificate, which is graded and verifiable by QR code. What you pay for it is credited if you upgrade to Premium. Refunds are handled by our team.

- Is the internship paid work or a job?No. It is online training. There is no stipend, it is not employment, and we cannot promise a job or placement. You build skills and get a verifiable record of what you did.
- What is the 3D Lab and is it free? The 3D Lab is a set of engineering labs that run in your browser: wire a panel, write PLC logic, teach a robot, tune a loop and more. Opening a lab, doing the levels and passing the test are free.
- How does the EDWartens job board work? The job board lists openings in PLC, SCADA, controls, electrical, energy, robotics and AI, read from employers' own career sites and job feeds. You apply on the employer's page. We are not a recruitment agency.
- How do I apply to a job?Open the job and press Apply. A job from a feed sends you to the employer's own site. A job an employer posted on EDWartens is applied for here, and the page says exactly what is shared first.
