The short answer
It depends on where you upload: a CV or resume up to 10 MB, a profile photo up to 5 MB, a portfolio picture up to 8 MB, and internship or job simulation hand-ins up to 25 MB per file.

Each upload has its own limit. If a file is refused, the message tells you why.
- CV or resume (PDF or Word): up to 10 MB.
- Profile photo: an image up to 5 MB.
- Portfolio pictures: up to 8 MB each. We store a resized copy and remove what a phone or camera stores inside the picture, such as the location.
- Internship photo at onboarding: a JPG, PNG or WebP image up to 3 MB.
- Internship permission letter: up to 5 MB.
- Internship and job simulation hand-ins: up to 25 MB per file, and up to 5 files in one internship submission.
File types for hand-ins
PDF, images (PNG, JPG, WebP), ZIP, text, Markdown, CSV and JSON, office files (Word, Excel, PowerPoint), common code files, and design or PLC export files such as DWG, DXF, STEP and L5X. For internships, short MP4 or WebM videos are accepted too.
If a file is too big or not accepted
- Zip several files into one, or save a PDF at a smaller size.
- Shrink a photo before uploading it (most phones have a smaller-size option when sharing).
- For a large file, upload it to a cloud drive and share the link in your notes. Hand-ins have a place for links.
