The short answer
A verified employer can search the opt-in talent pool, post jobs, send practical lab exercises, set up job simulations and manage their team. We are not a recruitment agency and candidates never pay.

Once your organisation is verified, your portal has these sections.
Hiring
- Talent pool: search learners who chose to be found. Filters use skills, courses, lab results and certificates. You see a card with initials unless the learner chose to show their name.
- Saved candidates and Contact requests: keep a shortlist and ask to contact someone. They decide whether to accept.
- Jobs: post your openings and see applicants. Our team checks a new job before it goes live.
- Practical exercises: send a lab level to a candidate and see their status and score. Candidates are told who asked.
- Job simulations: build a task pack for the role you hire for, invite candidates and read what they hand in. It is free for candidates, always.
- Internships: plan internships for your team.
Company
Company profile and Team let you invite colleagues who have an official email on your domain.
Before you search the talent pool
Each person on your team accepts the employer terms and data sharing agreement once. They promise never to charge candidates, never to copy or sell candidate data, and to use it only to recruit for real roles.
What we are not
We are not a recruitment agency. A candidate's lab result or job simulation is a training record. It is not a reference or a promise of fit.
