Organisation accounts, hiring, students
- How do I create an employer account?Sign up with your official work email at /employers/join, confirm your email, and our team verifies your organisation, usually within one working day. Personal addresses such as Gmail cannot open an employer account.
- What can an employer do on EDWartens?A verified employer can search the opt-in talent pool, post jobs, send practical lab exercises, set up job simulations and manage their team. We are not a recruitment agency and candidates never pay.
- How do I create a university or college account?Sign up with your official institution email at /universities/join and confirm your email. Our team verifies the institution, and you get a join code to share with students.
- How do students link to our university?Share your join code or email invitations. A student types the code on the University tab under Career, ticks the box agreeing to share, and links their own account. You see nobody until they agree.
- How do I give my class a 3D Lab assignment?In your university portal open Lab assignments, choose a lab level and a cohort, and set the work. You then see who has passed the factory acceptance test. The lab is free for students.
- What can employers and universities see about me?Nothing unless you choose. Employers see you only if you opt in to the talent pool, and a university sees you only if you link your account and agree to share. You can stop either at any time.
