The short answer
Sign up with your official work email at /employers/join, confirm your email, and our team verifies your organisation, usually within one working day. Personal addresses such as Gmail cannot open an employer account.

An employer account is for a company that wants to hire. It is separate from a learner account.
Create it
- Open Create an employer account.
- Enter your name, your company and your official work email, for example name@yourcompany.com.
- Add your company website and, if you can, a page that names you, such as your company site or LinkedIn. It helps us verify you faster.
- Choose a password of 8 or more characters and accept the Privacy Policy.
- Open the email we send and confirm your address. You cannot sign in until you do.
Why an official email
Personal addresses (such as Gmail or Outlook) and student or school addresses cannot open an organisation account. This keeps candidates safe.
After you sign up
Your organisation starts as pending. Our team verifies it, usually within one working day, and some actions wait until it is verified. You are the owner and can invite colleagues from the portal. A colleague's email must be an official one on your company's own domain.
What employers promise
Employers must not charge candidates, and must use candidate data only to recruit for real roles.
