I forgot my password
Use Forgot password on the sign-in page. We email a reset link that lasts one hour; set a new password of at least 8 characters.
- On the sign-in page, choose Forgot password.
- Enter the email address of your account. For your privacy, the page says the same thing whether or not an account exists.
- Open the link in the email within one hour and choose a new password of at least 8 characters.
Asking again cancels the earlier link, so always use the newest email. If you signed up but never confirmed your email address, confirm it first: see I did not get the confirmation email.
