Where are my receipts and orders?
Under Orders and receipts in your portal: every order, its status and a PDF receipt. Receipts for paid orders are also emailed.
Open Orders and receipts in your portal. It lists every order, including free course enrolments, with its status (complete, pending or failed) and a PDF receipt for each completed order.
When you pay for an order, a copy of its receipt is also emailed to you. Free course enrolments are not emailed; their receipts are here whenever you need them.
