The 14-day right to cancel (UK and EU)
UK and EU consumers can cancel within 14 days. At checkout you can ask for the certificate to be issued straight away, which ends that right once it is issued.
If you live in the UK or the EU, consumer law gives you 14 days to cancel a purchase of digital content.
A certificate is digital content that is issued straight away. At checkout you are asked to confirm that you want it issued as soon as you have paid, and that you understand you lose the right to cancel once it is issued. Your receipt records that choice.
