- 1.Open the LibreOffice download page.
- 2.Check the page has picked your operating system, then select Download.
- 3.Run the installer (administrator rights are needed on Windows).
- 4.Start LibreOffice Calc for spreadsheet work.
- 5.Save as .xlsx if you need to share files with Excel users.
- Choose the latest main version unless your organisation asks for the older, more conservative release.

Manufacturing process audit of a stamping cell at a car parts plant
Place a manufacturing process audit of press cell 20 in a risk-based programme, plan it, build a checklist from the cell's turtle diagram, log evidence including one audit trail, and write graded nonconformity statements. Then set the checks that will prove each corrective action worked. The sample pack shows every document for Norte Auto Components.

What is the IATF 16949 internal auditing course?

Which edition of IATF 16949 does it teach?
It teaches IATF 16949:2016, the edition certified against. The IATF Global Oversight site was checked on 1 November 2026: it shows that a revision is under way and that the 6th Edition of the Rules for achieving and maintaining IATF recognition took effect on 1 January 2025. Check that site and your certification body for transition dates.
Does it re-teach ISO 9001?
No. It assumes you know what ISO 9001 asks for and teaches what the automotive standard adds: customer specific requirements, product safety, contingency plans, laboratory and calibration rules, supplier and change control, error-proofing, TPM and the three audit types. The ISO 9001 course on this site covers the base clauses.
Will it make me an IATF 16949 auditor?
No. It gives internal auditor knowledge only. Third-party IATF auditors are qualified through IATF-approved certification bodies, and this course does not lead to that qualification. Its certificate is a verifiable certificate of completion from EDWartens, not an auditor credential.
Does it cover APQP, PPAP, FMEA and SPC in depth?
It shows how an auditor checks them, using one worked plant. The methods themselves are taught in the courses on APQP, control plan and PPAP, on automotive FMEA and on SPC and MSA, which this course points to.
How long does it take, and is it free?
About 9 hours of video and around 14 hours in total with the notes, worked problems and the optional project, at your own pace. Every module, the notes, the optional audit project and the final assessment are free to learn.
What certificate does the IATF 16949 Automotive QMS and Internal Auditing course give?
